All sales are final, however, if you have any issues at all, please reach out to me and we will come up with a solution to remedy the issue.

WHOLESALE INQUIRIES
For wholesale inquiries, please fill out the wholesale form, email Tonya at Tonya@lavenderandlotusco.com or give us a call at 720-364-0698.
Payment will be due upfront for all wholesale orders. We offer a variety of fine art, Organic candles, handcrafted decor and more!

COPYWRITE DISCLAIMER
I retain all rights to the artwork I create - this includes the rights to all content, images of sold & commissioned works of art, done art, candle line, wax melt line, Plant propagation art decor, Driftwood art, and all creations.

I retain the right to make reproductions of any and all artwork I create, unless the collector has punched the full or partial rights to the artwork (this is in addition to purchasing the original.)

The collector, buyer and/or wholesaler may not reproduce the artwork in any way, shape or form, without written permission. If the artwork is being reproduced in media or magazine, credit must be given.

When you purchase any of my creations and originals you, the collector, have the right to display it in your home or business (hooray!) but the artwork may not be resold or reproduced without my written permission.

Please let me know if you are interested in purchasing full or partial rights to your artwork.
Some collectors choose to purchase my right to reproduce the artwork to insure it never becomes a print.

In addition, I retain the right to all of my processes that I use to create my works of art. No image, process, creation, photograph, written content, social media content, website content or any other content that I use may be reproduced or used in any way, unless by written permission from me.
